How to Use and Apply OLUX-E^® Foam

Please read all of the application instructions before beginning treatment.

Apply OLUX-E^® Foam twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Apply only enough to cover the affected areas, always follow your doctors instructions.

To Use OLUX-E^® Foam:

1: Shake the can before use. Remove the green cap. Before applying for the first time, break the tiny plastic piece at the base of the can's rim by gently pushing back (away from the piece) on the nozzle.

2: Turn the can upside down and depress the actuator. Dispense a small amount of OLUX-E^® Foam (not more than a dollop the size of a golf ball) into the palm of your hand.

3: Gently massage foam into affected area(s) until it disappears. Use enough OLUX-E^® Foam to cover the affected area(s) with a thin layer. Avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

4: OLUX-E^® Foam should not be used on the face, groin, underarms, and skinfolds. Wash hands after use. Avoid fire, flame, or smoking during and immediately following application.

Note: Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended. Keep OLUX-E^® Foam and all other medications out of reach of children.

Store the can at controlled room temperature of 68°-77°F (20°-25°C).

Keep OLUX-E^® Foam away from-and do not spray near-fire, open flame, or direct heat. (Like hair spray or shaving foam, this product is flammable.)

Do not smoke while holding or using the can. Keep it away from lighters, matches, and all other ignition sources. Do not puncture or burn the can, and never throw it in a fire-even if empty.

WARNING: FLAMMABLE. AVOID FIRE, FLAME OR SMOKING DURING AND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING APPLICATION.
