StiefelCareSM is a comprehensive insurance and patient support program for patients who are prescribed any Stiefel product including OLUX-E® Foam. The program addresses insurance coverage and reimbursement issues.
If you have any insurance coverage questions about OLUX-E® Foam, they will be promptly addressed by StiefelCareSM Insurance Coverage Specialists. For insurance coverage assistance and information, please call 1-800-572-3225 Monday through Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST.

The StiefelCareSM Process: Three Simple Steps
Step 1:
Your physician determines that OLUX-E® Foam is the appropriate therapy for you.
Step 2:
Your physician gives you the OLUX-E® Foam prescription; the nurse or office staff provides the StiefelCareSM helpline number and rebate coupon.
Step 3:
If unsure of coverage, you can call the StiefelCareSM helpline at 1-800-572-3225 before going to the pharmacy. A Reimbursement Specialist addresses coverage issues. You may also call the pharmacy to check insurance coverage.
